Diagnosis and treatment of abnormal machining precision of NC machine tool
1. change or change of system parameters
The system parameters of the machine tool include machine tool feed unit, zero paranoid and reverse gap and so on. The existing gap is compensated, or the servo gain parameters and the pulse suppression function parameters are adjusted to eliminate the jitter of the X axis, and the precision is normal.
