Hello, our after-sales service will be formulated according to the product you purchased, and will be explained in the contract. The ordinary product will provide at least 3 years' warranty. Our company is responsible for the replacement of the product as our responsibility leads to the disqualification. If the product is not found to be up to the standard during its use, we will replace the problem product or transform the product according to the specific circumstances, and the freight traffic cost arising from it will be borne by us. If the customer wants to change the structure of the original product during the process of use, we will be responsible for the re - adjustment of the design. The cost customer is responsible for 80% and our party is responsible for 20%.
