In order to reduce the vibration and noise of the hydraulic system of CNC machine tools and avoid the enlargement of noise, prevention and improvement should be done from the following aspects.
(一) Improvement of the structure of hydraulic system
In process control of CNC machine tool hydraulic system, should pay attention to the use of low noise hydraulic components, through the study found that the old hydraulic pump with plunger pump or gear pump, the vibration and noise of their noise relative to the vane pump is much larger, the rated pressure is very high, so the plunger pump or gear pump is still using a lot of CNC machine tool hydraulic system, the need to improve the vane pump rated pressure, at least should ensure that the rated pressure of about 20MPa, in order to reduce vibration and noise. Secondly, the quantity of the hydraulic pump is controlled well.
Furthermore, the application of the accumulator, in under the action of pressure pulsation is prone to noise, in order to eliminate the noise in the accumulator can be used, although the accumulator capacity is small, but its inertia is relatively small, the reaction is also very sensitive, in the use of the accumulator in the process of the accumulator the frequency control in the tens of Hz, in order to reduce pressure pulsation. (二) Improvement of the installation mode of the hydraulic device
In order to control vibration and noise, we need to further improve the installation of hydraulic devices, which can be started from two aspects: first, install the appropriate hydraulic pump. Second, pipeline installation. Pipeline installation is also a very important work. In order to eliminate vibration and noise, we can use hose to connect, and shorten pipeline length, improve pipeline rigidity and avoid resonance between pipelines. At the same time, in the process of sealing, vertical sealing should be the most important. For valve parts, the application of spring should be emphasized in actual use, and the use of encrypted sealing pad should be paid attention to, so as to prevent vibration and noise caused by air inclusions in tubing. In addition, the bending degree of the pipe must be controlled, the maximum is not more than 30 degrees, and the curvature radius of the elbow should be more than five times of the diameter of the pipe.
(三) Select the appropriate oil
In the process of preventing and controlling the vibration and noise of the hydraulic system, it is also necessary to pay attention to the selection of oil and avoid the contamination of the oil.
(四) Avoid hydraulic impact
