The principle of direct current welding machine:
The direct current welding machine is an electric welding machine with DC power supply. It has the advantages of easy arc ignition, stable arc and good welding quality.

1. When the electric welding machine is opened, it is found that the AC contactor can not be reconnected.
There are several reasons for this failure, which may be:
(1) no input voltage, low line or missing phase line,
(2) it is possible to control the firing of the transformer T2,
(3) it is possible that the two side thermosensitive switches are disconnected, all of which are possible.
Troubleshooting and maintenance methods:
(1) power outlet, leakage protection switch and distribution cabinet distribution situation check to see if it is not the problem, find the reason and exclude.
(2) using the resistance gear of the multimeter to detect the continuity of the input line, and connect the broken line or the shedding place.
(3) first, disconnect the power switch, then detect the resistance between line 233 and line 235. If there is still a failure after the 15min is disconnected, then the two time side thermistor needs to be more slippery.
2. After the switch of the welding machine is opened, the AC contactor CR1 is absorbed, but the fan does not turn.
The reasons for the failure may be:
(1) there are some faults in the loop of the fan motor and the voltmeter circuit.
(2) the main contact of the AC contactor CR1 can not be touched.
For this problem, the specific maintenance methods are as follows:
(1) first, the power output voltage is detected, if there is a voltage, then the fan motor circuit part of Hu He can have a fault.
(2) check the presence of dust or foreign objects between the main contacts of the contactor. They will be blocked in the presence of the contacts, which will lead to the phenomenon of all fuses. But generally, it won't happen.
The difference between the DC electric welding machine and the alternating current welding machine:
1, the output current of the DC electric welding machine is not "zero crossing", so the arc is not easy to break, which makes the arc stable.
2, because the peak of the two voltage of the transformer is certain, so the DC is higher than the AC no-load voltage, so it is easy to lead the arc.
3. The DC electric welding machine has more rectifier diodes than the AC electric welding machine, so the cost is higher.
4, if the welding machine is high power, the most can be used in two phase electricity, which will make the three-phase power use unbalanced. But the three-phase rectifier with high power DC electric welding machine has no problem.
