1. Anti rust coating technology of engineering machinery

The appearance of sheet metal stamping is generally treated with chemical appearance. The process flow is as follows:
Artificial pretreatment, hot water washing, pre degreasing, degreasing, industrial water washing, industrial washing, two to surface adjustment, phosphating to industrial water washing, three to industrial water washing four to pure water washing, two to water washing and drying.
Or without pickling process, the above process can be adjusted according to the oil and rust conditions of the sheet metal stamping parts. Or no pre degreasing process. Which is the key process of chemical degreasing and phosphating process in steel, quality of the two processes directly affect the workpiece processing quality and chemical antirust coating. The process parameters and related auxiliary equipment are also an important factor affecting the quality of the external treatment.
