Please introduce the tools you use in mechanical manufacturing.
Cutting tools are tools used for machining in mechanical manufacturing, also known as cutting tools. Most of the cutters are used in machine, but they are also used by hand. As the tools used in mechanical manufacturing are basically used to cut metal materials, the word "tool" is generally understood as a metal cutting tool. Cutting tools used for cutting wood are called woodworking tools. There are also a special type of tool used in geological exploration, drilling, mine drilling, known as mining tools.
Classification
Cutting tools can be divided into five types according to the surface of the workpiece.
(1) cutting tools for various external surfaces
Including turning, milling, planing, surface broaching and file etc.;
Hole machining tool
Including drill, reamer, boring cutter, reamer and the inner surface of the broach etc.;
Thread machining tool
Including tap, die, automatic folding thread cutting head, threading and thread milling cutters;
Gear machining tool
It includes a hob, a gear shaper, a shaving cutter, a bevel gear and a broach.
Cutting cutters
Including the inserted tooth saw blade, saw, saw, cutting and milling cutter and so on.

The cutting tool can be divided into three categories according to the mode of cutting motion and the shape of the blade.
General cutting tools
Such as turning, milling, planing (not including the forming tool, forming cutter and cutter), boring cutter, drill drill reamer and saw etc.;
Forming tool
This kind of the cutter and workpiece cross section has the same or close to the same shape as the forming tool, forming cutter, milling cutter, broach, taper reamer and various thread processing tool;
Special cutters
The processing of some special parts, such as gear, spline and other tools. Such as, gear shaving cutter, bevel gear cutter and bevel gear milling cutter etc..
